Arctic Fox

This arctic fox is the mischievous secondary character of my student film Kindling. Injured on his right foot, he takes shelter from the wintery woods in a seemingly empty cottage. I modeled the fox in ZBrush and hand-painted the fur onto cards, which I placed onto the rig in Maya. I really enjoyed building out the fluffy fur and giving it a painterly look.
