About Me
Hi! I'm Gwen Du-Thumm, a 3D artist and character animator recently graduated from Pratt Institute with a BFA in 3D Animation and a minor in Film/Video.
I grew up drawing, painting, and creating through any medium I could find. My love for art was fueled by the magic of Disney movies, inspiring me to pursue animation as a career where I could bring my own fantastical characters, worlds, and stories to life.
In my free time, you'll find me reading a good fantasy novel, browsing vintage & antique stores, or planning an itinerary to visit castle ruins allegedly connected to King Arthur.

Handled all aspects of production, including script, storyboard, character design, layout, modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and compositing.

2D Animation: Developed a short 2D animated film Chicken Chicken Goose using Toon Boom Harmony. Painted backgrounds and composited in Premiere.
Video Editing: Shot & edited narrative live-action films & short-form content. Utilized green screen and integrated animated elements in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Stop Motion Animation: Designed and fabricated puppets and props. Wrote, co-directed, animated, and composited Snail Trail, a short stop motion film, using Dragonframe.
